Our Commitment

Our commitment to families focuses on three core principles we use to guide decisions at our company. Using this framework for decision making will help ensure great experiences for children, achievement of professional goals for our staff, and facilitate trusting relationships with parents.

Growth Oriented

A key component of creating a high-quality early childhood education environment is the continued professional growth and development of the team delivering the program. Commitment to growth helps ensure we have the tools and skills needed to help children thrive. Opportunities to expand our skill and knowledge can and should be tailored to the individual’s specific needs and interests.

Child Centered

Children are at the center of everything we do — whether you’re a parent or a Cedar Gables team member we have a shared goal of creating the best environment and experiences for children, and we are committed to working as a team to do just that. Remaining focused on children ensures our decisions and actions are aligned with our mission, purpose, and values.

Safety Focused

We operate within the state’s regulations for childcare programs and try to exceed them when possible and appropriate. We strive to follow all state licensing guidelines to the best of our ability and provide on-going training to ensure our staff know their responsibilities. Our team encourages each other to be compliant and watches for opportunities to improve the safety of the children we care for.
