At Cedar Gables, learning comes to life through purposeful play, hands-on exploration, and rich, cross-curricular experiences. Our classrooms are filled with high-quality materials and specially designed manipulatives that support both fine and gross motor development. Through active engagement, creative expression, and meaningful routines, our curriculum builds the foundational skills children need for kindergarten readiness and long-term academic success.
Research-Based Approach
Our curriculum is built on proven early childhood research and shaped by what we’ve seen work best in real classrooms. It emphasizes meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that align with how young children naturally grow and develop. By building strong foundational skills through play, exploration, and connection, we help prepare children for a confident and successful start in kindergarten.
Monthly themes define weekly class exploration. Learning involves various aspects of these themes through guided and open-ended activities across a variety of subject matters and experiences.
