Things to Bring

 
 
 

Please review the list of items to bring below so you’re prepared and your child has everything they need. Whether it is your very first day at one of our centers or just one of the reminders we send to our existing families we want to thank you for being a part of the Cedar Gables family and letting us help your child learn and grow. If you have any questions about items on the list please don’t hesitate to reach out.

NOTE: Please be sure all items are labeled with your child’s name

 
 
 

Infants

    • Bottles (If using formula, prefill with water.)

    • Formula or Breast milk (We can store in the freezer and/or refrigerator.)

    • Lunch with snacks (If no longer solely bottle feeding.)

      • If using a Bento Box please separate hot and cold lunch items.

    • 2 changes of clothing

    • 2 Pacifiers (One with a strap and one without.)

    • Diapers

    • Wipes (Please include a plastic wipe box the first time. Refill packs are fine after that.)

    • Diaper rash cream

    • Light weight blanket (Kept here for the week and sent home on Fridays to be washed.)

    • Sleep sack (If your child is under a year old.)

    • Jacket or coat

    • Winter hat

    • Mittens (Not gloves with fingers please.)

    • Everything on the ‘Year Round’ list

    • Face stick sunscreen

    • Sunscreen spray for the body

    • Hat for outside

    • Everything on the ‘Year Round’ list

 

 

Toddlers

    • Lunch with snacks (state regulations require lunch to be packed with an ice pack)

      • If using a Bento Box please separate hot and cold lunch items.

    • 2 changes of clothes

      • Potty Trained - 2 pairs of pants/shirts/socks/underwear

      • Not Potty Trained - Please review the Potty Training page on our website for more info.

    • Water Bottle (to take home and bring in daily)

    • Diapers

    • Wipes (Please include a plastic wipe box the first time. Refill packs are fine after that.)

    • Diaper rash cream
